Returns Policyy
Change of mind returns:
We offer a 14 days from the day of delivery returns policy, you are free to return your item in an unused condition in its original packaging for a full refund including postage. Return postage is paid for by the buyer. Get in touch via email or WhatsApp to initiate a return.
We have a strict NO returns policy for items that have been used.

Faulty Items/Damaged items:

If your item should arrive damaged or develop a fault within 30 days of purchase please get in touch describing the issue and provide photos if necessary. We would replace or repair the item where applicable. For faulty or damaged items we would pay for the return postage and provide a full refund upon delivery of the package.
After 30 days, we’ll repair or replace the product in accordance with the terms of the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
